Release counting
Your allowance is 10 successfully submitted releases per calendar month. Each release counts once, when it is first submitted. Drafts, rejected and failed submissions do not count, so you never lose allowance to a submission you had to fix.
Renewal
Free never renews and never charges you. Your monthly release allowance still resets on the 1st of every month.
Commission
You keep 80% of eligible royalties and Distrotrack receives 20%. The share applies to net receipts after store deductions. Royalty changes apply to future earnings only — historical earnings keep the share recorded when they were reported, so commission is never deducted twice.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your recordings. Distrotrack earns a share of royalties, never your rights.

Withdrawals open once your KYC and rights verification is approved. Payout minimums, supported currencies and processing times are shown in your dashboard before you request a payout.

Your plan has no monthly release cap. Each successfully submitted release counts once; drafts, rejected and failed submissions never use an allowance.

Release counting
Your allowance is 100 successfully submitted releases per calendar month. Each release counts once, when it is first submitted. Drafts, rejected and failed submissions do not count, so you never lose allowance to a submission you had to fix.

Advanced is billed yearly: one payment of $199 covers twelve months. Your monthly release allowance still resets on the 1st of every month, including between yearly payments.

Questions before you release.
Create a free account, complete your artist profile and identity verification, then submit your first release. Verification is required before any release can be reviewed.
Releases are delivered to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, TikTok, Amazon Music, Deezer, TIDAL and more. You choose which stores to include when you submit a release.
Free is $0 with 80% of eligible royalties and up to 10 releases every month. PRO is $9.99 per month or $49 per year at 85%. Advanced is $199 per year at 95%, with 50 artists and up to 100 releases every month. Monthly allowances reset on the 1st.
Your plan’s royalty share is applied to the earnings your releases generate, broken down by platform and period in your dashboard. Once your balance reaches the withdrawal threshold you can request a payout to your saved payment method.
Most releases are reviewed within 24 to 48 hours. Paid plans get priority review, and releases that need corrections can take a little longer.
